Promotions Strategy


Revenue and cost drivers: Innisfree's income will be the rental fees for the short-term rentals. Innisfree will start charge guests an average of $210 per night at the beginning. The prices will change according to the season, rising during intense demand and falling during low demand.  The cost drivers will include utilities, staff salaries, maintenance, and marketing costs.  

Funding needs and use of funds: While the property is already owned by one of the partners, Keith Fisher, Innisfree is seeking $400,000 investment funds to vacate the property and to perform the necessary renovations as a contractor. This investment will be backed by the property itself and its future earnings. As many of the services will be provided by partners, we will be able to significantly reduce expenses compared to many other short-term rental companies.
